1. Who are you guys?

We're Ghanaian entrepreneurs who love colourful socks. We've decided to bring West Africa's vibrant colours to your sock drawer. With much respect to tradition, we've put a modern twist on Kente, Ankara, and other traditional designs. 

2. Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship worldwide, the rates will show up at check out. If there's postal service where you live - we ship there 🌎.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped 2 business days. International orders will be shipped via registered mail (or a faster courier service such as EMS if you so choose). All orders ship with a tracking number. Average shipping times vary between countries, and are usually 1-3 weeks.

In Ghana🇬🇭, we ship via GhanaPost, and also offer courier service at a modest fee around Accra and Tema.

4. How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Ghanaian customers may pay via MTN MobileMoney. The instructions will show up at the check out page.

5. I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Absolutely. Just ship your unopened, tagged pair of socks back to us and we'll refund your order. Shipping expenses are not refundable.

6. Where are your socks made?

Our socks are currently made in Turkey, by experienced, internationally recognised producers. We use premium cotton, and only the highest quality materials.

We're hoping to produce in Africa🌍 one day, but no sock factories exist in all of ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States). Get in touch if you open one!

7. Are you going to add more designs?

Yes! We're working on it. Let us know if you have any particular requests by dropping us an email, or using social media.

8. I'd like to buy a lot of socks for my family/wedding party/shop - can I get a discount?
