Premium designer cotton socks sent your way from Ghana.
“Highlife” is a musical style which emerged in Ghana in the 1920s during the colonial period. Highlife is based on the traditional music of the Akan tribe, but is played with Western instruments. It became popular worldwide in the 1950s and 1960s, and has an enduring influence in Jazz.
This design was inspired by traditional Ghanaian Kente cloth.
The socks are 90% Cotton, 8% Polyamide, and 2% Elastan.
I bought three pairs/different patterns of Afrisocks for my guy who likes to wear colorful socks. I have yet to present the socks to him, but I already know that he is going to LOOOOOVE them, as they are so vibrant. In addition, I am not disappointed with the quality and, hopefully, the socks will wear well.
